Responding to “Les Amis de la Martinerie” president’s invitation, Mr Frantz Roy, the new director of the “Office National des Anciens Combattants et Victimes de Guerre” (National office for veterans and war victims , départmental service of Indre), visited on Tuesday October, 20th 2020, our “maison départementale de la mémoire militaire” on the “La Martinerie” base.
Impressed by the work accomplished by our volunteers, he made the promise to come back to learn more about the military history of the Indre department.
Thank you very much to Frantz Roy for choosing “Les Amis de La Martinerie” as one of his first stop in the department.
We also would like to thank Patrick Dreier, former director of the ONACVG 36, for his availability and his support to our association.
