At the invitation of the Local Mission's management, and thanks to the excellent welcome “Les Amis de La Martinerie” gave their interns a few months ago, our association participated in the Engagement Forum at Place de la République in Châteauroux.

Only few contacts for future volunteers, but many meetings, both with representatives of the National Education Department responsible for Civic Service missions and with the regional armed forces present on site, who were able to learn about “la Maison départementale de la mémoire militaire” and the opportunities offered by our premises.

Future collaborations might be on the horizon…

Thank you to our volunteers on site: Bruno, Francine, Jean-Pierre, Marie, Marie-Claude, and Yves, with a special mention for Maxans, our former Civic Service volunteer, who decided to stay with us as a volunteer.

Thanks also to Dominique, who handled the transportation and return of the booth.
